PRESS ADVISORY: The Internet Association Joins the “Internet 2012″ Bus Tour

Ten City Tour from Denver to Danville will Promote Internet Freedom and Highlight Positive Economic Impact of the Internet on Main Street 

Washington D.C. - The Internet Association, the unified voice of the Internet economy, today announced its partnership with Reddit on “Internet 2012” a ten city bus tour highlighting the profound impacts of the Internet on jobs, economic growth, freedom, creativity, and prosperity.  The bus tour kicks off Wednesday, October 3rd in Denver, CO the site of the first Presidential debate.

The Internet Association will partner with Reddit at events in ten cities as the bus journeys towards the Vice Presidential debate in Danville, KY on Oct. 11.  In St. Louis, MO, The Internet Association’s ‘Business Crawl’ will spotlight Internet success stories at Main Street brick and mortar businesses.  The crawl will take place Tuesday, October 9th between 4 and 7 pm CST and will be attended by local leaders and the small business community.
