It is no secret that intermediary liability protections are key ingredients in the ‘secret sauce’ of the Internet that we have come to know and love. This is particularly important now, as both the European Commission and the USCO are currently evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the existing liability regimes. Our bottom-line on the issue is simple: if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
