Start-up incubator Y Combinator is holding a funding competition for startups via Snapchat. Early stage tech companies are competing for a $20K investment. Justin Kan, a pioneer in live video streaming and partner at Y Combinator, will select finalists to “take over” his Snapchat channel and publicize their company in a series of 10-second pitches.
