Today, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit decided to uphold the FCC’s net neutrality rules. “The outcome of today’s U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruling is a landmark event in the history of the internet. The court’s decision to uphold and recognize the legality of strong, enforceable net neutrality rules for both mobile and fixed broadband internet connections is a victory for U.S. consumers.”
