Please join Internet Association (IA) and the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), in coordination with the Digital Trade Caucus, for a Digital Trade 101 briefing on May 1st from 3 to 4 pm.

American digital laws and policies are central to America’s continued economic success. Our technology sector is the envy of the world, but depends upon – and was built by – a strong U.S. digital policy framework.  We have a $172 billion digital trade surplus, digital trade now accounts for more than 50 percent of all U.S. services exports, and every sector of the economy benefits from this leadership.

The Digital Trade 101 briefing will feature tech and internet companies detailing these policies as well as highlighting the trade barriers created by China, the EU, and other countries. Digital Trade Caucus co-chairs Congresswoman Suzan DelBene (WA-1) and Congressman Darin LaHood (IL-18) will join us for opening remarks.
