IA provided comments to USTR on the negotiating objectives for a US-EU Trade Agreement. IA’s comments made clear that a US-EU FTA must include a digital chapter and the USTR should use the negotiations to engage with the EU on expanding list of problematic issues facing the e-commerce economy in Europe.
