Statement On Pennsylvania HB 1810

Albany, NY – John Olsen, Internet Association’s Northeast Director, released the following statement on Pennsylvania HB 1810:

IA urges lawmakers to reject HB 1810, which would hinder the ability of short-term rentals to create these benefits for Pennsylvania and place residents’ privacy at risk by requiring unnecessary disclosure of sensitive information.”
