Washington, DC — Internet Association President & CEO Michael Beckerman issued the following statement in support of the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017 (FOSTA), as amended by Chairman Goodlatte’s Amendment In The Nature Of A Substitute:

“Internet Association is committed to combating sexual exploitation and sex trafficking online and supports FOSTA, as amended. The internet industry will continue to work with any lawmakers interested in addressing this important problem.”
