Daniel Dyball

Executive Director, UK

Daniel Dyball is UK Executive Director at Internet Association. Based in London, he is responsible for the association’s operations in the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining IA, Dyball spent 10 years in corporate affairs roles at high-profile companies including Camelot, the operator of the UK National Lottery, where he led the policy, regulatory, and public affairs function and sat on the organisation’s executive board. Dyball also worked for Channel 4, the UK’s second largest commercial broadcaster, where he was responsible for lobbying on a wide range of media policy issues.

Before entering the corporate world, Dyball held a number of government sector positions including as an advisor to the UK House of Commons Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee as well as policy roles in Her Majesty’s Treasury in the UK and the Federal Treasury in Australia.

Dyball graduated with a bachelor’s degree in commerce (honours in economics) from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He moved to London in 2005, where he lives with his wife and two children.
