Kevin McKinley

Director, California Government Affairs

Kevin McKinley is Director of Government Affairs for the State of California at Internet Association. McKinley previously served as a policy advocate with the California Chamber of Commerce where he lobbied on privacy and technology, telecommunications, economic development, and taxation issues.

McKinley worked as a litigation attorney at Virga Law Firm, representing clients in areas of privacy, cyber crimes and workers’ compensation. He holds a B.B.A. from National University and J.D. with great distinction from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, and was admitted to the Order of the Coif.
