Michael Bloom

Senior Vice President, Global Government Affairs

Michael Bloom is currently the Senior Vice President, Global Government Affairs at Internet Association where he is responsible for advocating for IA policies before Congress and the federal government. Prior to joining Internet Association Bloom served as a Senior Advisor to House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi. Bloom, a San Francisco native, is a graduate of The George Washington University.

During whatever free time he has Bloom enjoys spending time with his wife and two amazing children and occasionally golfing. He is a fan of the San Francisco Giants and New England Patriots (there’s a reason for this) and on the weekends can be found searching for a decent taqueria in the D.C. metro area.
