Tiffany Haverly

Director, Communications


Tiffany Haverly is Director of Communications at Internet Association. In this role, she works directly with the media on key tech issues such as content moderation, privacy, sharing economy, online marketplace, and many more.

Prior to IA, Tiffany was a Director in the strategic communications practice at Finsbury Glover Hering, where she advised clients on communications strategies and outreach.

A Capitol Hill veteran, Tiffany has over a decade of experience in high-profile positions with a strong focus on tech, telecom, health care, and energy issues. Most recently, Tiffany served as Communications Director for House Energy and Commerce Committee Republicans under the leadership of former Ranking Member Greg Walden. In this role, she led communications and media outreach for the Committee at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, supported E&C members’ communications goals, and managed Committee press staff.

Tiffany worked for the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) on their Public Affairs team. She also served as an aide to former Congressman Phil Roe, M.D. for ten years, both in his personal office and at the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs.

Tiffany is originally from East Tennessee and is a proud Volunteer. She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies at the University of Tennessee and earned her master’s degree in Strategic Communication from American University. Tiffany lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and new daughter. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and hiking. Aside from her family, her proudest achievement was hiking to Mt. Everest Base Camp in the fall of 2019.
